We will cook together and learn to cook and prepare some simple lunch dishes. This can involve some classic French dishes such as Creme Brule or Tarte Tatin. Perhaps duck breast or a ballotine of chicken. We try to source as many ingredients from local farms and markets so we cannot tell exactly what the menu is but do cater for dietary requirements.
Technical guidance and relaxed informal conversation about our take on France. This is lots of fun and a great sharing experience together partaking in the cooking, presentation and eating of a French lunch. It will all take place in a French farmhouse in Normandy. Why not bring some friends and have a great activity whilst on holiday.
