Farmhouse cooking experience

We have over 30 years of hotel experience. We have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy. we have our own bed and breakfast.Peter was a chef trained in five-star hotel in London. He made his way up to head chef. He was involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are still passionate about our food.We try to make all our dishes from locally sourced produce because of the great produce around us.

How we got to the point of cooking classes?We have over 30 years of hotel experience between us and have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy with our own bed and breakfast. Pete is a chef trained in five-star hotels in London making his way up to head chef and being involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are passionate about our local food and our home.Over the years we have informally taught friends and customers cooking lessons .So we decided in 2018 to reach out to more people and start “farnhouse cooking experience”(cooking classes

All are welcome

We can provide a purely vegetarian course only if no one else  has booked the course already but if you are OK with meat being prepared i will design  a menu good for all.

We do a weekend and week day course with visits butt the 3 hour course does not include visits.

I worked in various restaurants in London including Carlton Tower Knightbridge,Escargots in Soho,Brodie’s city restaurant  and Hilton International.
