We have over 30 years of hotel experience. We have spent the last 8 years living and working in Normandy. we have our own bed and breakfast.Peter was a chef trained in five-star hotel in London. He made his way up to head chef. He was involved in the opening of a few hotels and restaurants. We are still passionate about our food.We try to make all our dishes from locally sourced produce because of the great produce around us.

We can provide a purely vegetarian course only if no one else has booked the course already but if you are OK with meat being prepared i will design a menu good for all.
We do a weekend and week day course with visits butt the 3 hour course does not include visits.
